Due to the personalized nature of the Credibility Gap Diagnostic, refunds are not available once your diagnostic has been initiated. If you need to cancel before your diagnostic begins, contact [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase.
Your Full Credibility Gap Diagnostic Form must be completed at least 3 business days before your scheduled consultation. Sessions without a completed form will have to be rebooked.
Rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled session forfeit the consultation slot. The diagnostic report will still be delivered.
The Credibility Gap Diagnostic is a personalized analysis and advisory service. Results reflect current AI system behavior and publicly available credibility signals at the time of the diagnostic. Outcomes vary based on individual circumstances and are not guaranteed.
