You have the record. The results. The track record you're proud of. And somewhere in the last couple of years, the right opportunities stopped finding you the way they used to.
Most people assume it's the market, or the resume, or that they need to post more. Usually it's something else: when someone goes looking for evidence of your expertise, they aren't finding it.
Send me your details and I'll run it. You'll see what the market actually finds when it goes looking for evidence of your expertise — and whether that matches the career you've actually had.
Free. Your personalized report comes back within one business day.
The diagnostic shows you what the market sees.
It doesn't change it.
That's the part we do together.
Recruiters, hiring managers, clients, conference organizers, people considering an introduction. Almost nobody reaches out cold anymore. They search first, and increasingly what they get back isn't a list of links — it's an answer, assembled for them, about who you are and what you're credible for.
of online searches now lean on AI-generated results. Many people never click through to your site at all. They read the summary and decide.
Here's the part almost nobody considers. AI assembles that summary from what it can find online. But if your credibility was built offline — inside companies, under NDAs, in rooms nobody wrote about — it can't see any of it. So it infers. It fills the gap with whatever signals it does have, which are usually old, institutional, or somebody else's.
That's what happened to me. Twenty-eight years of real work, and AI didn't trust it, because it couldn't verify it.
If the answer someone gets is thin, out of date, or belongs to another person with your name, the conversation ends before it starts. And you never find out. There's no rejection email for the call that didn't happen.
It isn't that AI is wrong about you. It's that the people you want to hear from are asking it, and believing what it says.
The diagnostic opens with what AI is currently saying about you. Most people stop reading there and want to know what to do about it. That's when the full seven-area read and a working session with me become available to you — not before, because until you've seen your own results it's an abstraction.
Then an hour together to walk through it and map your next steps, so you leave with something you can act on whether or not we work together further.

A twelve-week program, one to one. We work through your positioning, build the evidence behind it, and put it where the market and the machines can both read it. There's homework between sessions, because the work only holds if it's yours.
It starts with the full diagnostic, so we're working from what's actually there rather than what either of us assumes.
Define where your expertise fits.
Connect what you've done to the problems you're equipped to solve and the level at which you're ready to contribute, so nobody has to figure out where you fit.
Make your capability obvious.
Turn your experience, accomplishments, judgment, and results into evidence that supports the expertise you're claiming.
Make that story visible.
Build a professional footprint across the places hiring managers, recruiters, and decision-makers use to understand who you are.
Scoped to your situation, so we price it in conversation. The first call is to work out whether it's the right fit.
